SUMMARYPerforms routine respiratory care procedures in the acute
care, critical care and outpatient environment; perform respiratory
care assessments and diagnostic testing procedures associated with
respiratory care under occasional guidance..KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiates and maintains mechanical ventilation. Provides education
for students in affiliated clinical training programs as well as
patients and families. The responsibilities listed are a general
overview of the position and additional duties may be
assigned.TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES Respiratory Therapeutic Procedures
(Fundamental Awareness): Has limited experience, training, direct
exposure, or past experience working with respiratory therapeutic
procedures. Ventilator Management (Fundamental Awareness): -Has
limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience
working with respiratory patient assessment and evaluations.
Laboratory Testing & Analysis (Fundamental Awareness): Possesses a
fundamental knowledge of at least one laboratory test. Has
experience in at least one facet of the subject.Allied health is
