Nurse Educator/ Staff Development (RN)Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a hard working Nurse Educator/ Staff Development (RN) to join our team.Nurse Educator (RN) Job Description:Coordinating the delivery of in-service programs on all shifts, as neededServing as the Program Instructor for Clinical Training programsEnsuring educational programs meet all current Federal, State and Local regulations and corporate policiesInitiating new projects to meet training needs or DOH regulationsDeveloping, presenting, documenting, and providing resource material for educational and training needs and programs for staffMaintaining a resource library of training and educational materialHandling other duties, as neededRequired Skills3+ years of experience in an Education / Orientation roleBachelor's Degree in NursingRespiratory experience preferred (ventilator/trach)TN Registered Nurse (RN) licenseExperience in a Long Term Care settingSolid assessment, clinical, and documentation skillsPatient orientedGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedan Equal Opportunity EmployerINDRNby Jobble
