Fully remote however, applicant must live and be licensed in the state of TN. SUMMARY OF POSITION Licensed therapists in Tennessee (TN license or reciprocity) needed for NEW Virtual Clinic at Centerstone. Focus is on commercial clients with targeted evidence-based interventions. Case management support available. Flexibility in scheduling. Ability to manage your smaller caseload and see clients more frequently to move more quickly toward successful discharge. Company paid evidence-based training on company time with consultations and/or certifications is available. Fully virtual; all equipment provided.Provide therapy to clients while maintaining good clinical judgement. This position works with a diverse clientele via in-person and telehealth appointments.Therapists are required to complete all clinical documentation, initial intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and internal referrals. In addition, therapists must utilize evidenced-based treatment models, and attend and participate in weekly staffing with our multidisciplinary team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Documentation Care plans reviewed and updated. Progress notes completed within current agency guidelines. Responds to supervisory request for urgent care situations and coverage for vacant caseloads. This includes telephones and face to face intervention. Keeps administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization. Responds to needs of consumers in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrates good clinical judgment in decision making regarding consumers. Attend and participate in weekly staffing with our multidisciplinary team. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to successfully utilize computer/electronic equipment and software Must be comfortable working with adult clients of all ages, sexes, genders, orientations, intellectual abilities, races, and ethnicities. Must also be competent in evidenced base practices, and willing to work with clients with co-occurring disorders, including alcohol and substance use disorders. Must be knowledgeable of DSM 5 TR diagnostic criteria, utilize evidenced-based treatment models QUALIFICATIONS Education Level This position requires a master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, or related field. Years of Experience Experience preferred. Certification/Licensure Must have LCSW, LPC-MHSP or LMFT-MHSP license in the State of TN. At Centerstone, we use our values as a guide for what we do.
