We believe there is an opportunity to create focused service line teams that would emulate a specialty hospital/ASC experience resulting in increased physician and OR team satisfaction, improved clinical outcomes and a decrease in serious safety events.

  • Guaranteed working hours for PT or FT positions. No matter what the weekly schedule is you will get paid the full number of hours based on your role.

          • Deliver professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or otherinvasive procedures.Responsibilities:
            • Perform scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure.
            • Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient before, during and after procedure.
            • Directly assist operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing and woundexposure as well as patient positioning.
            • Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.

            • Monitor compliance of patient safety, quality initiatives, and regulatory agency requirements. Allother duties as assigned.
            • Provide direct and indirect patient care through the application of the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating care rendered. Care provided will address physical and psychosocial needs of the patient and his/her family. What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:
              • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date rquired.
              • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.Education:
                • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
