We are currentlylooking for an ambitious Telephone Triage Nurse to help us reach our goals.Unlock your potentialhere!As a National Contract Center Management (NCCM) TelephoneTriage Nurse, you will be responsible for providing and contributing to thecompanys mission, vision, and values by providing nursing advice and triagingservices to consumers calling with clinical questions.
  What you will do in this role:
  • Youwill utilize your nursing skills along with approved protocols to providetelephone nurse triage and/or health advice to consumers with clinicalquestions or symptoms
  • You will facilitate referrals forhealth services via telephone and perform all components of call processing
  • You will document caller informationand outcomes in a relational database system

    Qualifications Qualifications you will need:
    • One year of clinical nursing experience required
    • An active RN license in state of residence required andability to obtain licensure in all states served by HCA
