Well-established primary care group is experiencing growth and seeks to add a physician to their privately owned group. Will follow patients in a traditional setting with inpatient and outpatient clinic, and participate in a private call group. --- Join 5 FP's and numerous staff in well-managed primary care clinic 15 minutes east of downtown Nashville. --- Partnership opportunity after 1 year positive cash flow - equal ownership --- In-house Lab, Dispensary, Digital X-ray, PFT, EKG, Cardiac Stress Screening, PAD screening, BMD ultrasound screening, Holter and Extended monitoring --- Practice call: 1:7 (doctors rotate weekdays after hours and weekends); there is no unassigned ER - Hospitalist program in place for own pt admits --- Financials: Salary based on MGMA ,Hospital will offer a competitive compensation package including first year income guarantee, relocation, sign-on bonus, and possible student loan assistance --- Group will offer employment contract to include medical malpractice coverage, health, disability and life insurance; CME, fees/dues, retirement planning, vacation --- (PRIVATE GROUP) -- Five-member primary care group (3 FPs, 2 MED/PDs, 4 NP, 1 PA) -- Stable, established group serving the area the past 34+ years -- Continuing to expand 200 walk-ins daily -- Average patient office visits - 25 per day -- Modern office setting, in-office diagnostics Maintain both Inpatient and Clinical skills. One member rotates as the group's hospitalist (no clinic) one week in five -- Call coverage: One weekend in 7 weeks; one night per week. -- Income Guarantee -- Partnership track third year -- 25 miles east of downtown Nashville

EMPLOYED GROUP) -- Outpatient medicine practice supported by Hospitalist Program -- a premiere medicine group with two hospital campus locations: -- practice of 24 years with 15,000+ active patient charts -- Secured patient volume, efficient practice management, EMR, enabling the physician to concentrate on patient care -- Team of three providers (FP and MED/PD) and two NP, satellite have need of two additional members due to practice volume -- Employment Model - RVU based, salary+ achievable productivity bonus, benefits, eligible for partnership track second year
