Data Solutions is a critical part of this quest as we use & license data solutions to address the most pressing challenges in and around Healthcare. To meet strong demand, we are looking to immediately expand our team. For this role, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring the success of existing strategic partnerships within an assigned vertical.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Facilitate customer effective utilization of Change Healthcare data solutions and ensure predictable outcomes--and experiences for our customers.
    • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of end users, and ensuring a successful support experience
    • Act as a trusted partner for use-case and product functionality, delivering and communicating ROI--for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
    • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
    • Collaborate with engineering and development to deliver our data as per customers' requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
    • Ensure compliance with contracts as it relates to data use and financial obligations
      • Support Innovation & Growth
        • Represent the customer's voice across pertinent parts of Change Healthcare.
        • Collaborate with senior sales & product, legal & tech team members to create comprehensive support strategies for assigned target markets and target opportunities.
        • Collaborate closely with team members support renewals and expansion opportunitiesWhat are the requirements needed for this position?
          • Bachelor's degree in business or related area
          • 6+ years' experience in management consulting, customer success, account management or another client-facing role,
          • Advanced knowledge (3+ years) of healthcare data (preferably claims) and analytics
          • Proven track record in developing relationships & ensuring operational success of data products
          • A deep understanding of media/advertising industry and partner management is highly desiredWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
            • Problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset who can effectively manage multiple projects across internal & external stakeholders
            • Organized/disciplined - can plan work and work a plan. Proven self-starter, can manage multiple, competing priorities, able to work and learn independently. Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
            • Ambitious, yet patient and principled. Committed to excellence, and delivering results in an honest, purposeful way
            • Excellent interpersonal skills - good listener, critical thinking, effective communicator, creative, intellectual curiosity, self-starter& team player.
            • Ability to develop effective customer communications & materials.
            • Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills (html, javascript, css, etc.), working with APIs, and to confidently discuss technical issues.What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
