Director, Quality Management

Summary Description The Director works with KEPRO quality staff to
design, develop and monitor quality monitoring activities for the
contract. Accountabilities / Essential Functions
- Directs and implements QM initiatives and functions including:
planning, coordinating and coordinating with corporate quality
assurance programs ensuring continuous quality of products;
providing continuous improvement consulting services and employing
knowledge of performance improvement strategies, principles,
methodology, techniques and data analysis.
- Establishes key performance indicators and maintains tracking,
reporting and performance improvement systems.
- May participate on cross-departmental teams on a variety of
initiatives including URAC accreditation, SOP development, product
improvement and development to name a few.
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
- Associate degree. Bachelors preferred
- Formal training or certification in Quality required (CPHQ,
ISO, Six Sigma, LEAN). Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of CQI tools, methods and techniques,
and an excellent grasp of SPC required.
- Knowledge of URAC, NCQA and/or ISO background a plus.
- Ability to take initiative, provide leadership, maintain
confidentiality, meet deadlines and work in a collaborative team
- Highly developed analytical skills with an ability to
objectively evaluate data and perform statistical analysis
- 3-5 year?s management experience in a call center atmosphere;
quality management or compliance included. Mental and Physical
