Americare Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional Director
of Operations (RDO) to oversee 8 senior living communities across
West Tennessee.This leader will play a key role in upholding the
values, quality, and service standards Americare is known for -
fostering engaged teams, delivering exceptional resident care, and
achieving strong operational outcomes.Residing locally, in-market,
is required given the hands-on demands of the role. Relocation
assistance is available for top candidates. In-market candidates
will be given priority.Competitive Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Starting at $105,000+ (commensurate with
experience)
- Performance Bonus: Up to $60,000 annually

We're Looking For
- Proven leadership in multi-site senior living operations
- 4+ years of administrative or supervisory experience (Senior
Administrator or multi-site management preferred)
- Licensed in Tennessee as an ACLF Administrator or NHA, or
eligible to obtain
- Strong financial acumen, people leadership, and sales
management experience

today!Position SummaryThe RDO oversees 10-15 communities in a
designated region, reporting to the VP of Operations. Responsible
for operational excellence, culture, resident and employee
satisfaction, and fiscal results. Supervises community
Administrators and collaborates with regional and corporate
teams.Essential Functions
- Creates a culture of accountability, sets targets, and empowers
staff.
- Oversees community management for physical and financial
assets.
- Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Fosters positive work environments aligned with Americare
values.
- Partners with sales to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Recruits, coaches, and develops community leaders.
- Provides training and monitors community performance.
- Assumes on-call responsibilities and serves as interim
administrator when needed.
- Monitors financial performance via reports and dashboards.
- Supports strategic initiatives and successful new starts.
- Sets community and division goals, monitors progress, and
reports regularly.Qualifications & Requirements
- At least an undergraduate degree and 4+ years of supervisory
experience, preferably in multi-site senior living management.
- Licensed in Tennessee as an ACLF Administrator or NHA, or
eligible.
- Knowledge of regional regulations and sound administrative
practices.
- Financial management and sales skills.
- Ability to lead meetings and develop leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.Key Competencies

Environment & Physical DemandsThis position is primarily remote but
requires travel to communities, including overnight stays. Must be
able to handle computer tasks, lift up to 35 lbs, and push/pull up
to 100 lbs. Sensory and communication skills are essential for
resident and staff interactions.Safety & OSHAFollow safety
policies, use protective equipment, and report injuries promptly.
