Manage and empower a high-performing team of Python engineers focused on core backend systems
Drive the architecture and technical strategy for scalable and reliable services
Oversee the end-to-end release process and ensure high-quality deliveries

Required Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring backend engineering teams
Exceptional proficiency in Python and understanding of backend architectures
Experience with self-hosted or hybrid software delivery and support pipelines
Strong cross-functional communication skills for alignment across teams
Familiarity with monitoring and operational support in production environments
