Join our team as a part-time Property Manager of Richardson Court, a 50-unit apartment community located at 1101 South Brake Street, Nashville, NC 27856. -
PAY: $22/hour + Quarterly incentive bonus -
Job Requirements: -

• Strong commitment to supporting our community and residents
  
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
  
• Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others
  
• Working knowledge of affordable housing programs, such as HUD and LIHTC
  
• Previous experience in Property Management -preferred
