Job Description:

As our Business Solutions Manager, you will be generating new business for a company by actively prospecting, selling, and closing deals with potential customers. This position typically involves working in the field, traveling to various locations to meet with clients and promote the company's products or services. - -Salary Range: -The pay rate -for this position is anticipated to range between $56,000-70,000 -per year plus incentive. -This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. -Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. -In addition to monetary compensation, we offer associates-level benefits.Essential Job Functions

  • Identify new areas of opportunity with new and existing clients to achieve annual revenue growth. -
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present and demonstrate the company's products or services.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing business.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients
  • Collaborating with other sales team members to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market changes that may affect the company's sales strategies
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to management to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
  • Define the client experience by building durable relationships, inspiring trust, and thought-leading with innovative solutions. -
  • Support sales strategies to ensure financial performance is maintained while profit margins and revenue goals are achieved in alignment with company goals. -
  • Utilize to forecast and track all sales activities. Meet or exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added, and prospecting time. -Experience
    • Bachelor's degree required -
    • 2+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services environment with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B space, preferably selling to enterprise clients in the staffing industry -
    • Knowledge of consultative solution selling. -
    • Keen ability to build laterally and nurture client relationships. -
    • Superb time management, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. -
