The Position
We're looking to add a Senior Program Manager to join Teletrac Navman! This role will drive the delivery of large-scale initiatives and programs, globally, from initiation to product launch. The Senior Program Manager is accountable for and own smooth and on-time execution of a program/ project or product/new feature releases and manages stakeholder engagement. This role will coordinate the entire product launch process, working with all key cross-functional product launch stakeholders globally to support and drive accountability, and ensure all backend systems, process flows or adjustments to standard work are stood-up. The Senior Program Manager will help define the project management standards and processes for Teletrac Navman, ensure sustained project management, drive continuous improvement, and leverage Project Management best practices.
In this role, you'll get to:

  Develop and maintain detailed Program Schedules and monitors project/program status from inception thru release phases and sustainment point.

  Program manages the entire product delivery process, from development to product launch, supporting and driving accountability cross-functionally to ensure goals are met.

  Responsible and effective issue resolution and escalation processes, managing and communication of risk assessments and contingency plans.
  
  
• 
  Resolve and mitigate delivery challenges by supporting conversations across all departments to deploy changes and achieve results in the best possible way.
  
  
• 
  Foster collaborative environment among project team to ensure smooth and on-time execution of project objectives.
  
  
• 
  Communicate project/program status, issues, results, and impacts to all functional organizations and senior management.
  
  
• 
  Lead cross-functional priority setting and resource allocation relative to all combined project/program and priorities.
  
  
• 
  Responsible for ensuring that the proper mix of cross-functional resources such as technical support, procurement resources, guidelines, procedures, consultants, and software are available to support multi-discipline project teams for projects in the development, planning, or implementation stage.
  
  
• 
  Work with all key cross-functional product launch stakeholders in-country or region to ensure all backend systems, process flows or adjustments to standard work are stood-up.

  Establish and maintain contacts to ensure conformance to requirements.
  
  
• 
  Assist and provide support for proposals and negotiations for major initiatives or projects
  
  
• 
  Utilise appropriate monitoring tools to record and report project performance metrics, progress of delivery on a regular basis, hold team members accountable to project schedule and manage expectations with all key stakeholders.

  Help define the project management standards and processes, and ensure those processes are followed throughout the product development life-cycle.

    Degree in science, Engineering, Business, or any equivalent relevant field.
    
    
  • 
    At least 8+ years' experience in project management and/or product launch process.
    
    
  • 
    Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and challenge in a non-confrontational way.
    
    
  • 
    Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    
    
  • 
    Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve good outcomes for all stakeholders.

    Passionate customer service orientation with extensive experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

    Familiarity with the full product development lifecycle.

      The base compensation range for this position is $ 100,000 to $ 130,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
