General Description: Come be a part of a fast-paced and FUN fast
casual restaurant environment at Steam Boys! We are looking to hire
hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individuals as new
members of our FOH Crew.Position Description: Crew Members who join
the management track will become the brain behind a thriving
location while supporting those who work as the face of the
restaurant. This position requires 6 Months of direct and indirect
on the job training alongside a fun, supportive, and outgoing

2 years working in a restaurant/hospitality management
role.Description: Crew Members who join the management track will
become the brain behind a thriving location while supporting those
who work as the face of the restaurant. This position requires 6
Months of direct and indirect on the job training alongside a fun,
supportive, and outgoing staff. Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding both FOH and BOH processes
- Recruiting, hiring and training all restaurant staff, including
FOH and BOH
- Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage
- Streamlining the restaurant processes to improve the guest
experience
- Monitoring restaurant finances, including sales and
expenses
- Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to
increase guest safety
- Promoting the restaurant and finding ways to bring in more
customers
- Handling customer complaints
- Completing necessary paperwork, such as sales, inventory and
staff attendance reports
- Assisting with cleaning dishes, workstations, cooking
equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety
regulations
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety
regulations
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to management
- Offering solutions to consistent work related problems
- Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular
basis
- Adhering to mandated rules and regulations for food prep
- Moving efficiently, listening to colleagues and customers,
being aware of restaurant surroundings
- Setting aside ego for the betterment of the business and your
team
- Being attentive to preparation practices and requirements of
the restaurant's culinary needs
- Learning and understanding how we operate, not being afraid to

- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties

- Responsible and trustworthy
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus, but not
requiredTraining Pay: $14.00/hour Inclusive of TipsManagement Pay:
