Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing sales results and leading the sales team within the established territory to achieve sales growth across channels within the region.

• Responsible for partnering with Vice President, Salons to execute field sales strategy for Aveda North America
• Deliver exceptional results against sales targets, NOP targets and manage P&L for established territory
• Analyze and understand in detail the "why" behind the results and formulate action plans on how to accelerate
• Develop collaborative business relationships with existing customers and potential business partners and act as key negotiator and communicator for territory
• Review and execute accountability standards and benchmarks for territory sales team
• Deliver timely and accurate forecasting for established territory
• Grow the business strategically by leading the team to open sustainable new business doors
• Identify and implement innovative best practices for the field
• Attract and develop top talent with demonstrated sales capabilities to ensure sales objectives are achieved
• Represent Aveda's Mission and brand identity to the Aveda networkQUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated success as a leader within a multi-channel field sales environment
  • Strong leadership skills including strategic planning and an entrepreneurial business approach

  • Ability to align and engage team and network in growth strategies
