The position is fully remote, full time, and requires proof of Covid vaccination. Preference towards candidates in the Middle Tennessee area. Knowledge of the full PTP process is required, not just accounts payable.This role will:Manage early payment requestsReconcile monthly payable reports Onboard new vendorsGenerate invoices from a POTrack credits owed by vendors and ensure they are applied correctlyManage inbound documents through email, EDI, AribaAssist in internal/external auditAssist with month end reportingRequisition goods and servicesManage the corporate credit card programProcess PaymentsAudit expense reportsPerform the PTP reconciliations
