Additional benefits offered include, but are not limited to:Tuition ReimbursementPet InsuranceAdoption Reimbursement BenefitsVariety of Associate DiscountsThis is an incentive based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.Please note, Brookdale is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding mandatory COVID-19 vaccination.Responsibilities:Provides established leadership and leads an enterprise learning team by developing strategies, processes, programs, and tools for improving training effectiveness and capabilities while ensuring the alignment with and support of Brookdale's long term strategic direction.Directs the design and execution of the company's enterprise learning program(s).Leads a team that translates the needs of operations leadership into effective training programs.Consults company executives on the design and facilitation of learning programs and initiatives aimed at increasing engagement and meeting strategic business objectives across the organization.Directs comprehensive training needs assessments to identify and recommended training interventions.Identifies learning issues with managers and company leaders and evaluates program and trainer effectiveness.Designs systems and processes to gather data, and makes recommendations for improvements.Develops a variety of training materials, tools and resources to support ongoing business needs.Utilizes innovative practices, research, insight, experience and understanding of the needs and culture of Brookdale to develop and deliver effective enterprise training initiatives.Conducts post-training follow up with team members and managers to ensure integration and demonstration of learning goals are being achieved.Partners with other Talent Management leaders to help ensure a consistent learning experience across the Talent Management function.This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position. Proven skills in interpersonal communications, diplomacy, negotiating and leadership. Excellent program development skills with strong creative abilities. Ability to think "out of the box".
