office and will have an in-office schedule of Mon-Thurs with WFH

established leadership and leads an enterprise learning team by
developing strategies, processes, programs, and tools for improving
training effectiveness and capabilities while ensuring the
alignment with and support of Brookdale's long term strategic
direction.Directs the design and execution of the company's
enterprise learning program(s).Leads a team that translates the
needs of operations leadership into effective training
programs.Consults company executives on the design and facilitation
of learning programs and initiatives aimed at increasing engagement
and meeting strategic business objectives across the
organization.Directs comprehensive training needs assessments to
identify and recommended training interventions.Identifies learning
issues with managers and company leaders and evaluates program and
trainer effectiveness.Designs systems and processes to gather data,
and makes recommendations for improvements.Develops a variety of
training materials, tools and resources to support ongoing business
needs.Utilizes innovative practices, research, insight, experience
and understanding of the needs and culture of Brookdale to develop
and deliver effective enterprise training initiatives.Conducts
post-training follow up with team members and managers to ensure
integration and demonstration of learning goals are being
achieved.Partners with other Talent Management leaders to help
ensure a consistent learning experience across the Talent
Management function.This job description represents an overview of

supervisor.Qualifications:Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree
in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or other related field
required.Minimum of eight years of experience in designing and
developing learning programs required.Minimum of three years of
previous supervisory/management experience is required.Additional
years of experience can be substituted for the education
requirement on a year-for-year basis.Certifications, Licenses, and
Other Special RequirementsCPTD (Certified Professional in Talent
Development) or similar certification preferred.Physical Demands

negotiating and leadership. Excellent program development skills
with strong creative abilities. Ability to think "out of the box".
Must have strong analytical, computer and organizational
