Waymore's is an ode to the patchwork quilt of east side artists, characters, makers & musicians-behind-the-musicians - a new haunt for long hangs, tall tales & no hard feelings. An exciting work in progress, soon to come are offerings that include a rooftop bar, lobby restaurant & bar, music venue, and retail space.JOB OVERVIEWThe Revenue Manager will assist the Director of Revenue in essential departmental functions to drive revenue and maintain consistent rates and policies with all booking avenues. The Revenue Manager must possess excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and analytical skills. The candidate must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a keen ability to identify and solve issues.What you'll do:

  • Support and deploy the revenue management efforts for the hotel. This includes executing strategy, ensuring consistent and effective use of tools, analysis of hotel performance, and providing supportive recommendations to enhance performance
  • Review and analyze reports such as Revinate, STR, Duetto, Demand360, and other measurement tools to help maximize the total sales and revenue penetration as well as the RevPar Index improvement
  • Input and translate hotel data; create timely and precise reports for the Revenue Management team to make strategic decisions
  • Act as the second point of contact for the Sales Office and Operations Teams for the hotel
  • Assist Revenue Managers with meeting property budget and forecast goals through the development of strategic action plans for meeting individual and group expectations
  • Provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of revenue management processes through the established systems and tools and training materials
  • Serve as an inventory and restriction expert for other all hotels and property leaders
  • Attend meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities and solutions
  • Load and file locally negotiated rates into the PMS/ CRO/ GDS systems after approval/signatures
  • Conduct regular audits of Online Travel Agencies to ensure accurate content and rate parity are established
  • Conduct regular audit of Brand.com to ensure contents are loaded correctly
  • Participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings and any other mandatory property team meetings
  • Perform other job-related duties in regard to the reservations process, including the distribution channels and reservations flowWho you are:
    • You use your time wisely and are an expert in prioritizing
    • You have strong computer skills + the ability to pick up on software programs quickly
    • You're thorough, have excellent communication and pay close attention to detail
    • You have a strong work ethic and can work both autonomously and with a team
    • You are able to work extended hours based on business needs
    • You're knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets (preferred)
    • A plus: You have 1+ years of hands-on hotel experience
    • A plus: You have 2+ years in in sales, revenue, or front office roles (3-5 years preferred)
    • A plus: You have knowledge of the Nashville market
    • A big plus: You have a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related major
