Unlock your potential!Job Summary and Qualifications
    As the AVP of Corporate and Executive Compensation, you will provide strategic direction and consultation to the business on compensation programs related to Corporate, HRG, ITG, and executives. You will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and directing salaries, incentives, equity programs, and compensation communications.What you will do in this role:
    • Lead the development of executive incentives.
    • Oversee the administration of PEP incentives and equity programs.
    • Prepare Compensation Committee materials and information for SEC filings.
    • Direct stock plans administration and executive reward services.
    • Develop and direct compensation communications and training.
    • Coordinate executive compensation services with HRG, PSC, Tax, Legal, ITG, Accounting, etc.
    • Lead the development of cash compensation and reward strategies for Corporate, HRG and ITG.
    • Maintain the compensation structures and direct the delivery of compensation programs for Corporate functions and operations-based Corporate payroll executives.
    • Develop and maintain base pay structures; oversee executive job evaluation process.
    • Manage assigned team members, including establishing training and development.
      What you should have for this role:
      • Bachelor's degree
      • Master's degree is preferred
      • 10+ years of experience in Compensation or related field
      • 10+ years of experience in management, healthcare industry and compensation administration is preferred
      • CCP, PHR, SPHR Preferred
