Job Title - TBR Original Equipment (OE) Account ManagerJob
Function - Sales ManagementReport to - SVP, Commercial SalesThe
Original Equipment (OE) Commercial Account Manager serves as the
main point of contact for our Commercial Original Equipment (OE)
customers regarding products, technical specs, orders, pricing,
planning, and other customer requests. Additionally, the Commercial
Account Manager will serve as a liaison between Original Equipment
(OE) customers and internal Hankook departments including sales,
supply chain, AR, customer service, manufacturing, quality,
etc.Main point of contact with all TBR OEM accounts, as well as
specialized development of new business and long-term growth with
Commercial OEM accounts as directed by managementServe as
technicalexpert and first point of contact to customer for all
commercial topicsWork with OEM purchasing agents and related teams
to ensure all contract details stay up to date and accounted
forReceive and analyze Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents and
exchange ratesReview and understand contract details to ensure all
elements are adhered and amended as needed, example Raw Material
EscalatorsEnsure orders and schedules are met for pre-production
and prototype buildsPresent Hankook technology and capabilities to
customer purchasing, product planning, plant program managers, and
engineering teamsManage development schedules together with
technical account managers and OE sales teamSet up and maintain
contracts and arrangements with warehouses and wheel assembly
companiesManage quality issues with related teamsWeekly/monthly
reporting on SCM & AR related to OEM accountsAnalyze market
conditions and technical trends related to OEM marketGather
information related to OE maker's new vehicles and technologyAny
other duties/responsibilities as assigned by ManagementIndependent
ContributorManagement of assigned accountsExperienced in Automotive
Sales Account Management with North American OEMs focusing on Ford,
Stellantis, or GM.Skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and
Power Point.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and
knowledge of the English language.Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred in business or engineering related discipline5+ years
outside sales experience, OEM Commercial Products preferredAbility
to travel to visit OEM customers, meetings, trade shows as
neededResiding in Nashville Metro area is preferred to work out of
North American HQ
