Job Description:
Summary of Job: This position provides mentoring, leadership and
technical assistance as needed for the growth and development of
the Facility Service organization. Manages and supports survey
functions providing operational support to sales team. Maintaining
strong customer relationships and delivering the highest quality
possible to them.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and directs a group of HVAC Technicians in the
performance of their job both technically and administratively.
This will be accomplished through direct supervision and
intentional leadership.
- Works closely with Dispatch:
- Assure service calls are scheduled and dispatched efficiently.
Review status of open and pending maintenance work. Work with
Service Managers in placement of service techs to insure the right
technical expertise is match to each account.
- Hold Quarterly Contract Reviews with supervisors and
Techs.
- Report on KPIs (Contract Retention, Goals, Contests, Etc.)
- Meet with Customers to build and maintain relationships.
- Schedule Contract lost/accountability meetings.
- Hiring of Technicians.
- Mentoring and Training of Technicians. Including on-call
support.
- Meet one on one with Techs for goal setting and career path
growth.
- Our technologies performance accountability, making sure each
technician is complying with the program we have set in place.
- Performance audits of technicians in the field. Safety,
Customer Service, Technical, Quality
- Communicate and resolve any questions or concerns from
customers regarding service calls and or maintenance related
problems.
- Reviews Service Reports periodically, keeping up with PM hours
(RT AND OT) and coordinating with the correct parties to correct
and resolve any deficiencies.
- Review service reports with the billing team to address
questions pertaining to billings.
- Performance review of personnel (minimum, bi-annual)
- Assistant Manager will work directly with the sales team when
necessary, reviewing estimates and assisting in client site visits
serving as an operational support mechanism.
- Reviews contract estimates as necessary and helps to match
right tasking to estimated equipment.
- Assist in analyzing and reporting on Business Reviews.KNOWLEDGE

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Universal EPA license
- Seven to ten years of Commercial HVAC service experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceLee
