LTDThis is an incentive based position, which may include bonuses,

laws and regulations.Responsibilities:Collaborates with the
Corporate Development team with portfolio investment initiatives by
providing (1) initial concept ideas and suggestions, (2)
underwriting analysis and investment memos for proposed projects,
(3) oversight of project opening coordination calls throughout the
construction timeline, and (4) follow-up project performance
analysis.Prepare and manage the financial underwriting analysis
process for reinvestment projects of various sizes and
scopes.Oversee all aspects of due diligence for reinvestment
projects, including market analysis, demographics, and competitor
dynamics.Manages the monthly and quarterly reporting of the ongoing
and completed project results.Partner with the Financial Reporting,
Accounting, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure that the
Brookdale systems accurately reflect the impact of development
projects.Manage the opening coordination call process throughout
construction and after opening for development projects.Work
directly with financial partners in order to satisfy their
requirements before, during, and after the construction of a
development project.Create presentations for the Executive
Committee for its potential approval of proposed development
projects.Develop ad hoc financial models and analysis across all
functional areas within the company, including M&A, portfolio
management, and other strategic projects.This job description

supervisor.Qualifications:Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree
(B.S. or B.A.) in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
required.MBA, Masters in Accounting, or CFA is preferred.Minimum of
seven years of related experience and/or training.Additional years
of experience can be substituted for education on a year for year
basis.Experience analyzing financial statements.Certifications,
Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsAbility to self-motivate
and work independently, while also being a strong team
player.Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a
deadline-driven environment.Management/Decision MakingApplies
existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within
a department. Uses sound judgment and experience to solve
moderately complex problems based on precedent, example,
reasonableness or a combination of these.Knowledge and
SkillsPossesses extensive knowledge of a distinct skill or function
and a thorough understanding of the organization and work
