We are on the search for a Website Content Manager as an individual
contributor who is responsible for content on K-Love and Air1
websites/Apps, metadata, SEO and Analytic performance. Publishing
through a blog tool and Content Management System (CMS), while
monitoring and synchronizing content across digital properties. You
are successful when audience engagement grows over time,
website/app conversion goals are achieved, and the digital
expression of EMF is unified.
Position will be located hybrid home office/onsite in our Franklin
TN office location.

A little More About the Job:
- Work within a content management system (CMS) and collaborate
with other website managers to manage K-LOVE and Air1
- Schedule and publish webpages, articles, graphics, forms and
other content onto the K-LOVE and Air1 websites.
- Occasional design within a CMS to edit existing webpages or
create new ones in conjunction with marketing campaigns.
- Maintain SEO best practices and site maps, while pro-actively
seeking ways to improve our rankings.
- Work with Technology's Website Development Team to recommend
and/or create website/app product features.
- Collaborate among cross-functional departments (Digital team,
Radio Programming, Donor Engagement, etc) to ensure campaigns have
an integrated approach, are on brand and deliver consistent brand
messaging. Monitor and report on website/app analytics and use
data-driven decisions to create recommended strategies.
Background and Experience:
- Min 3 years of experience in digital field with a coding,
web/app design or digital strategy preferred.
- Min 2 years of experience working with content creation in an
enterprise web content management system such as Wordpress or
- Proven experience implementing search engine optimization (SEO)
and search engine marketing (SEM) best practices and
audience-capturing techniques. Experience with cross-departmental
collaboration with business and technical team leaders.
- Proven experience of digital analytics, tracking and reporting.
(preferably Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for asset management.What we
