We are currently seeking a Senior Director, Medicaid Program Support to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US). Job Responsibilities Include:

• As the Senior Director responsible for Medicaid Program Support, you will be working directly with the NTT Data Services State Healthcare Consulting (SHC) leadership to develop and lead a new Practice to provide Medicaid Operations staff augmentation services.
• In this role, you will support our State Agency customers by assisting them identify Medicaid Operations needs and providing experienced Medicaid Operations Managers and Subject Matter Experts who bring the expertise to resolve operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Recent familiarity with large-scale Medicaid Operations is a must, as well as a track record of successfully managing Medicaid Operations.
• You will be part of growing, leading and mentoring a group of experienced Operations managers and SMEs.
• Lead New Practice to provide Medicaid Operations staff augmentation.
• Provide experienced state Medicaid Operations Managers and SMEs. Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 year's experience in Medicaid or healthcare payer systems
  • Minimum of 5 year's Senior Leadership experience (Director, Vice President)
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience with MMIS replacement
  • 50% or more travel once restrictions are lifted Preferred Skills:
    • Current or Former Medicaid Director with MMIS Replacement experience
