Great Compensation Fantastic Benefits Company Matched 401(k) Career Growth Opportunities Award-Winning Company Generous PTO with 3 weeks of vacation and 12 paid holidays FULLY REMOTE Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of various sign construction projects from planning, to implementation and closeout. Interact and coordinate with project architects, General Contractor, engineers, inspectors, in house field crew and subcontractors to resolve the various issues and effectively advance the project. Lead project bidding and negotiate contracts Review contract documents, making suggestions/modification as they relate to building construction. Oversee day-to-day operations of in house field crew and/or subcontractors on various project. Provide expertise to resolve various issues in the field. Monitor labor output and report to company management on a daily basis. Oversee project schedule and ensure on-time project delivery. Oversee safety plans of the project and/or subcontractors and ensure proper safety compliance. Oversee quality control of work by in house crew and/or subcontractors Review and coordinate construction budgets and estimates Manage reviews and approvals of construction schedules of values and assist in reviews of the billing process. Review and obtain various funding approval for project change orders from the general contractor. Coordinate permits and approvals What we're looking for 5 years of experience managing architectural signage projects Experience with interior and exterior signage Experience with healthcare is a plus Strong network/portable book of business is preferred Interested in hearing more?
