The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, tooling, and quality to ensure stable and reliable production operations. Key Responsibilities - Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for fineblank, forming & Secondary Processes. - Lead root cause analyses and corrective action activities to resolve process-related issues. - Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, control plans, and SOPs - Support new product launches and process validation activities. - Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, and efficiency improvements. - Conduct time studies, capability studies, and process audits. - Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma). - Provide technical support to production teams and assist with operator training. - Monitor and improve process capability, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
