Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing
manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, productivity,
and cost efficiency. This role works closely with cross-functional
teams including production, maintenance, tooling, and quality to
ensure stable and reliable production operations. Key
Responsibilities - Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing
processes for fineblank, forming & Secondary Processes. - Lead root
cause analyses and corrective action activities to resolve
process-related issues. - Develop and maintain process
documentation, including work instructions, control plans, and SOPs
- Support new product launches and process validation activities. -
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, and
efficiency improvements. - Conduct time studies, capability
studies, and process audits. - Lead or support continuous
improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma). - Provide
technical support to production teams and assist with operator
training. - Monitor and improve process capability, ensuring
adherence to quality and safety standards. Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. - 3 years
of manufacturing experience (automotive or metal
forming/fineblanking preferred). - Strong understanding of Lean
Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. -
Experience with process analysis, SPC, capability studies, and root
cause analysis. - Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks) - Strong
communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. -
Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced
environment. - Experience in Robotics/CNC PreferredProven ability
to lead EHS programs and influence safety culture - Excellent
communication, training, and leadership skills - Ability to perform
root cause analysis effectively to identify systemic issues What We
