to join our Geotechnical team. Whether you're a recently licensed

complex geotechnical projects and mentoring junior staff, or you
may want to step into a management role , leading the department
and helping grow our geotechnical presence across the state. No
matter the path, you'll play a big part in shaping the future of
our geotechnical practice in Nashville. Depending on your path,
responsibilities may include: Project Management: Manage
geotechnical projects from planning to execution, maintaining
quality, schedule, and budget Technical Oversight : Providing
technical expertise in site characterization, foundation design,
slope stability, ground improvement, and related analyses
Engineering Solutions : Developing and reviewing geotechnical
reports, proposals, calculations, and design recommendations Client
Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with clients,
teaming partners, and internal project teams Team Leadership:
Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and field staff Growth:
Supporting business development efforts and helping shape the
strategic direction of our geotechnical practice What You Bring: A
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining, or a related
engineering field. 4 years of related geotechnical engineering
experience, which preferably includes some extent of project
management responsibilities. You have a Professional Engineer (PE)
license in Tennessee or the ability to obtain within 6 months of
hire Demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving
skills A positive attitude that thrives in a collaborative,
