Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team and support manufacturing operations by driving efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring product quality. The Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives across production lines. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, efficiency, and quality. Implement and maintain process control systems, work instructions, and documentation in compliance with industry standards. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and scrap. Support new product launches, including process design, validation, and scale-up. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve technical issues. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TS 16949, and other applicable regulatory/quality standards. Provide training and mentorship to operators and technicians on new or revised processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field). 2 years of experience in process, manufacturing, or industrial engineering (automotive industry experience a plus). Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools. Proficiency in AIAG core tools (FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP). Experience with CAD, statistical analysis, and process simulation tools preferred. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. hc206353
