As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. Responsibilities: Perform regular mechanical and electrical maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including machinery, robotics, and PLC systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing your extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes. Assist in the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of machinery and systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within the engineering industry. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting. Experience working with robotics and automated systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work on-call or overtime when necessary.
