success. As a Collaborative Services Engineer, you will play a
pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication, integration, and
cooperation across our technological landscape. Your mission is to
design, implement, and optimize collaborative solutions that

Functions and Responsibilities:
- Interface and communicate effectively across all peer groups
for both application and technical areas
- Assist end users in their adoption of technology, including
process improvements and tier 2 support
- Provide general support and guided administration of email
security using Proofpoint Security and Protection
- Maintain best practices to ensure compliance with IT standards,
processes, principles, and methodologies.
- Execute key processes, including daily maintenance, hardware
and software upgrades, patch management, and standard system
configuration
- Partner with Senior Manager to implement, maintain, and drive
the Collaboration Services strategic roadmap
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve problems around collaboration
tools, and recommend and implement corrective solutions
- Create reports as needed for internal auditing purposes:
litigation holds, data usage, etc.
- Test functionality of Microsoft applications and other
collaboration tools to ensure proper configuration
- Keep up with emerging technologies; evaluate and recommend
solutions that deliver high-performing collaboration and
communication functionality
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Domain Management, Email
Security, and Mobile Device Management
- Support Unified Communications initiatives and supervise
Conference Room A/V vendor support
- Manage invoices for domain management services and T-Mobile ERT
kit services
- Assist in creating functional and technical documentation as
required
- Create user and training documentation
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and manage own time
efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Developing self, individuals, and teams
- Required to attend all training sessions and meetings
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business
needsRequired Qualifications:
- 3+ Year experience in an enterprise IT environment
- 3+ Years of M365 Engineering and support expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience and expertise in the following
areas:
- Migration Experience for M365 products (Teams, SharePoint,
OneDrive, & Exchange Online - Hybrid)
- M365 Security and Compliance policies and best practices
- Email Privacy and Regulatory Compliance
- Experience with PowerShell
- Office ProPlus with a focus on the Microsoft Productivity
Suite
- Security standards and best practices
- Knowledge of Azure and Identity management
technologiesProofpoint Email Security and Advanced Threat
Protection
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong focus on the end-user experience
- Excellent problem and resolution skillsPreferred
Qualifications:
- Experience with IT Service Management
- Experience with Digital Brand Management Servicers, Managing
Public DNS
- Experience in travel or hospitalityEducation:
- 4 Year Degree or / Technical Degree or relevant experience
- Applicable Microsoft and SAAS Solutions Certifications
