Senior Field EngineerDirect hire - 100% remote - Salary starting at $110KThis role will have less than 10% travel if any travel at all. The main goal will be shipping and configuring things remotely.

• Must haves:
  • 5+ years experience as a field engineer
  • Strong on-prem server experience
    • Engineering application and server automated responses (self healing approach) to manage on-prem
    • Active Directory
    • VPN and firewall knowledge
    • Strong professional communication style
    • Job overview/scope of role:
      • Will be working on integration projects for acquisitions.
      • Supporting on prem equipment and integrating it into the cloud. Cloud backups, etc.
      • Examples include: working with legacy software on a server and finding root cause at the server level Key Responsibilities:
        • Design, implement, and maintain identity management and device management solutions using Azure and other industry-standard technologies.
        • Provide technical guidance and support for on-site infrastructure and server management, including: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
        • Develop and implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions for system and network performance, security, and availability.
        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for technology adoption and integration.Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or significant experience.
          • 5+ years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on identity management, device management, and Azure technology infrastructure.
          • Strong knowledge of on-site infrastructure, server management, and related technologies.
          • Proficient in scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python, for automation and configuration management.
          • Relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CompTIA Network+, are a plus.
