We are seeking a Mid-Senior Industrial Wastewater Engineer who is interested in working on a variety of projects.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead engineering teams in the design of wastewater projects including, regulatory permitting and compliance; system troubleshooting; and wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment. Previous experience with industrial wastewater treatment across a variety of industries is strongly desired.
• Lead technical teams working across multiple offices in problem-solving, evaluating wastewater systems, developing treatment options, and preparing plans and specifications.
• Develop treatment system/plant O&M manuals, manage construction phase engineering services, and participate in various design and construction meetings with clients, subcontractors, and regulators
• EnSafe is a sell/manage/do organization, so duties will also include supporting marketing/sales efforts, project management, and client interaction.
• 30% Regional Travel to support clients and projects Qualifications required to help you succeed in this position include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree in pertinent discipline preferred)
  • 8-15 years of water/wastewater design experience, preferably with several years as a professional-in-responsible-charge at an Engineering firm
  • PE and the ability to obtain a PE license in TN and other states
  • Previous experience with industrial wastewater is a plus
