responsible for quality standard adherence, quality tracking &
reporting policy & procedure adherence, P6 schedule development &
maintenance, and cost/resource tracking & reporting.(br /((br
/(Responsibilities:(br /(Ability to read and analyze project plans
and specifications(br /(Review contract requirements and adhere to
QA/QC programs and project quality standards(br /(Daily tracking of
construction activities and reporting to ensure quality standards
are enforced and maintained(br /(Ability to develop, update, and
maintain Level II, III and IV schedules in Primavera(br /(Develop
and maintain critical path studies, 3-week look ahead schedules and
resource loaded schedules(br /(Develop and maintain As-Built
drawings and document all changes including saving and preserving
all related correspondence related to changes(br /(Ability to
create cost and resource analysis curves with strong cost reporting
skills and techniques(br /(Ability to create reports, graphs and
analytical data to support the quality program including daily,
weekly and monthly quality reporting(br /(Review cost and
operations reports to assist Project Manager in job costing(br
/(Facilitate discussions with project management regarding quality
issues and schedule forecasts(br /(Understand, identify, and report
on project trends and their relationship to the quality program and
project schedule(br /(Create procurement tracking spreadsheets with
quantity curves(br /(Create material receipt spreadsheets for both
on-site and off-site laydown areas to ensure quality compliance(br
/(Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper
management(br /(Qualifications:(br /(Valid Driver's License
required(br /(Four-year college degree in Civil Engineering,
Construction Management, or similar discipline required(br /(Five
(5) years' of project controls experience is preferred(br
/(Construction industry experience required(br /(Proficiency with
Primavera P6, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, and
Outlook required(br /(PMP certificate preferred(br /(Specialized
construction management training and project management training
preferred(br /(Work Environment & Conditions:(br /(Position
requires working in an office and field setting, requiring 8+ hours
per day of sitting, walking, and standing. Occasional lifting,
bending, stooping, reaching, balancing(br /(Ability to work
additional hours and/or weekends when required(br /(Frequent
overnight travel to jobsites to be required(br /(Work from home
with 40% travel(br /(Be a motivated self-starter(br /(Possess
excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong
organization skills(br /(Effectively manage time addressing the
comprehensive needs of your assigned projects(br
/(Execution-focused with the ability to take individual
responsibility for delivering quality work in a deadline driven
environment with a high level of precision(br /(Ability to quickly
analyze, interpret, and compare detailed information(br /(Ability
to work independently and as a team(br /(Effective communication
skills to cross departments, peers, project management, and senior
management
