Job Description:
QA Engineer6 Month ContractNashville, TNSimplr (www.simplr.ai),
is an early-stage startup in San Francisco seeking to disrupt the
tired and ineffective customer service model and backed by a $7.5
Billion Parent Company. Great location in San Francisco (SOMA) by
the Caltrain station and close to the ballpark.Simplr's AI + Human

today's fastest growing startups in apparel, health, beauty, food,
electronics, and home goods. We are also proud that our platform
enables underutilized talent such as teachers, military spouses,
and stay at home spouses to supplement their family income from the
comfort of their own home.Core Qualifications:-- 3+ years of
experience as a Quality Assurance engineer or Software Tester with
demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting problems, determining
root-cause, and describing a method to reproduce.-- 2+ years
experience with JavaScript testing framework like Mocha/Chai or
equivalent.-- Experience in testing methodologies, experience with
standard QA and development tools.-- Help transition to Test driven
development.-- Demonstrated ability to write test cases and
automated test scripts.-- Familiarity with Agile software
development methodology.Your Day-to-day Will Involve:-- Building
test plans for new features and improvising on existing test plans
for feature updates and team feedback.-- Manual testing of platform
features with new code deployment and releases.-- Working closely
with our cross-functional teams consisting of designers, product
managers, and software engineers in an agile, fast-paced
environment.-- Working alongside the software engineering team to
test and validate new code to fix bugs and implement new features
and user stories (Story QA).-- Developing automation frameworks,
tools, and security testing scripts to replace manual test cases
wherever possible. -- Transitioning to TDD.Nice to have:* Some
experience with Selenium automation framework.* Experience with
Python or BashEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Electronics Engineering, or a related field
