Job Description:
The Westly Group, a pioneer in venture capital with a focus on
clean technology and sustainability, is seeking a Customer
Relationship Process Specialist to enhance client experiences and
engagement. This role involves strategic process development,
implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems,
and working to ensure that all customer interactions support our
commitment to sustainability and positive environmental impact.
Develop, implement, and refine customer relationship processes and
policies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Manage
the integration and functionality of CRM systems to ensure they are
used to their full potential and provide maximum benefits in
customer interactions. Analyze customer feedback and interaction
data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our service
offerings. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align
CRM strategies with business objectives. Prepare regular reports on
customer engagement and process effectiveness for senior
management. Train and support team members on new processes and CRM
system functionalities to ensure smooth adoption and optimized use.
Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Strong
analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into
actionable strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
and external partners. Problem-solving skills and the ability to
manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Customer
Experience Professional (CCXP) - preferred Certification in CRM
software like Salesforce Administrator is a plus.
