Customer Service Associate? Engage face-to-face with the public at
events across Nashville, sharing powerful stories and building
awareness for youth-focused charities. Clearly and passionately
communicate each partner charity’s mission, impact, and urgent
needs. Listen attentively to questions and provide accurate,
empathetic responses to foster deeper understanding. Handle
difficult interactions with calm professionalism, guiding
conversations to positive outcomes when challenges arise. Assist
supporters with the donation process and ensure a smooth,
respectful, and inspiring experience. Maintain accurate records of
all interactions, inquiries, and donations using internal tracking
tools. Distribute brochures and marketing materials while sparking
meaningful conversations about the cause. Gather feedback from
community members to continuously improve event effectiveness and
public engagement. Work closely with teammates, event staff, and
leadership to ensure every outreach effort runs smoothly and
effectively. Represent Zeal TN and its partners with integrity,
