Your role is critical in maintaining top-notch quality and efficiency from start to finish. Your Role Lead and direct concrete projects, guaranteeing timely and quality results. Create precise cost evaluations covering materials, labor, and equipment. Partner with clients, architects, and subcontractors for seamless project execution. Evaluate sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve emerging issues. Keep project timelines, budgets, and reports meticulously updated. Uphold compliance with all safety protocols and industry benchmarks. Cultivate a cooperative team atmosphere through effective leadership. What We're Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related is preferred, but experience is key. Seasoned expertise in concrete project management and estimation. Comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction processes. Outstanding communication and people skills. Skilled in using project management technologies and estimating software. Capable of juggling multiple projects without missing a beat. A detail-oriented mindset coupled with stellar problem-solving abilities.
