Its diverse project portfolio includes educational institutions,
industrial facilities, mixed-use developments, restaurants,
breweries, and religious buildings. Description Project
Coordination & Support Assist the Project Manager in planning,
scheduling, and coordinating construction activities. Help manage
project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and
change orders. Communication & Stakeholder Management Serve as a
liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal
teams. Attend project meetings and ensure clear communication of
goals, timelines, and expectations. Budget & Cost Tracking Monitor
project budgets and assist with cost control measures. Help prepare
and review financial reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
Quality & Compliance Oversight Support quality assurance efforts by
ensuring work meets company and regulatory standards. Assist with
site inspections and safety compliance documentation. Scheduling &
Progress Monitoring Track project milestones and deadlines using
scheduling software. Report on project progress and flag potential
delays or issues. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution Identify and
help resolve project-related challenges in a timely and efficient
manner. Provide proactive solutions to keep projects on track
