Job Description:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale
construction projects. Responsible for leading a team and making
sure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets
quality standards. Client Details This Client has operated in the
Nashville market for over 30 years and have a wide reach in
Tennessee. They are in search of a well rounded Individual who can
manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Experience
with Light Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality, this group
offers a wide range of construction planning and management
services and are always committed to understanding their client's
needs. Description Run/manage project from start to finish Manage
Nashville Construction team Oversee Subcontractors and full
construction project on a daily bases Coordinate subcontractors,
architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with
materials or methods. Establish and maintain an effective and
professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects,
Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the
project. Profile Experience with Concrete, light industrial and
steel frame construction a plus 5 years of experience in the
construction industry as a construction Project Manager Experience
running a project from start to finish Bachelors Degree is a plus
