Job Description:
W are parterned with a contractor who specializes in precision
grading , setting the foundation—literally—for successful
construction projects across residential, commercial, and civil
sectors. We're looking for a Civil Estimator to join our growing
team and play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive bids
that drive our projects forward. What You'll Do: Analyze project
plans, specifications, and requirements for grading and site work
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, equipment, and materials
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to
develop project scopes Source pricing from vendors and
subcontractors Review proposals for completeness and accuracy
Participate in bid reviews and presentation What We’re Looking For:
5 years of estimating experience in civil construction (grading,
earthwork, site development preferred) Strong understanding of
construction documents and specifications Proficiency in estimating
software (e.g., HCSS, Bluebeam, or similar) Excellent math,
analytical, and communication skills Detail-oriented with the
ability to manage multiple deadline All applications are 100%
