Our client, a leading organization in facility management
services, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join
their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential
part of the Facilities Support Department supporting building
operations and maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive
attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Franklin, TN Pay Range:
Starting at $28hr Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm, with
an hour of unpaid lunch What's the Job? Perform ongoing preventive
and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical,
plumbing, and other installed systems, equipment, and components
Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting
client occupancy and operations Assist with general interior
maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, repairing furniture,
and installing office accessories Support operations teams in
building and equipment maintenance and repair efforts as directed
by management Replace lighting, clean HVAC coils, change filters
and belts to ensure optimal system performance What's Needed? High
school diploma or equivalent education 1-3 years of experience in
general building repair, basic plumbing, and electrical work Valid
state driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift
up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft safely Strong customer
service and interpersonal communication skills What's in it for me?
