We're looking for our next creative powerhouse. Are you a

As an Associate Creative Director, you should be comfortable saying
the work sucks, should do it in a way that motivates, and lead a
team of creatives to fulfill their potential.
You'll likely need the following qualifications and experience to
be successful in this role:
We believe that years of experience is just a number; that said,
typically someone in this role has 8-10 years of art direction,
creative direction, design or similar experience and has held
previous positions as a Senior Art Director or Senior Designer
Prior agency experience is strongly preferred, and often
individuals who've worked in agency settings are able to get up to
speed more quickly
Wise and experienced leader, having managed a team of creatives
with their focus on their team's fulfillment, engagement and
Trusted client advisor who can tackle their biggest creative
challenges with sound strategic and conceptual thinking, previous
experience being the primary creative lead on large, complex
Proven ability to think across media types, audiences, brands and
industries (however, someone who has previous tire, automotive,
manufacturing, building products and B2C/B2B experience is strongly
Highly organized and an adept project manager who can get to great
work quickly with an integrated team around them
A seasoned presenter of creative work who is unafraid to 'go there'
in a pitch and leave it all on the line
Experience leading accounts with multiple stakeholders, divisions
and interests with highly sophisticated client contacts and C-suite
Proven partner to their Account Management counterparts, working
together to achieve the strategic goals and objectives for the
