The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the CEO and will work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams. Day-in and day-out, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing our marketing strategies. You will work closely with the CEO and internal team leaders to understand business goals and initiatives and then drive the actions that make the magic happen in this fast-paced internet marketing world. You will be responsible for building funnels using ClickFunnels and monitoring performance in Hubspot. This role will need a strong knack for Internet marketing, specifically facebook ads and email campaigns. Experience or willingness to grow as a copywriter will also contribute to the overall success of this role.This is a role for someone who has the drive to work and create independently while being accountable to a team and ultimately, an amazing community who are changing their lives through the power of the internet. • Implementation:
  • Carry out initiatives created defined by leaders within the business to execute on business goals
  • Expertly manage Facebook ads and email marketing campaigns using tools including ClickFunnels and Hubspot
  • Show up hungry and eager to try new things on an ongoing basis
  • Audit existing campaigns and strategies and identify opportunities to optimize
  • Monitoring, Analyzing, and Reporting:
    • Monitor all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements
    • Manage all funnels and points of entry for potential customers
    • Maintain compliance on all of our social media platforms and introduce new platforms for lead generation
    • Collaborate with the CEO and the sales team to report on data and metrics
    • Team
      • Play an expert role on our team and proactively contribute ideas to our company success

        • Ability to work at a fast pace with competing priorities
        • Previous experience with online advertising (Google, Facebook, or YouTube)
        • Proven experience analyzing data
        • Strong experience with ClickFunnels and Hubspot preferred
        • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
          • Experience in affiliate marketing
          • Writing compelling copy that converts
          • Ability to maintain high standards while keeping tabs on several moving pieces
            • Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
