Title: Social Media & Marketing CoordinatorLocation: Nashville, TNSalary: $32,00-$38,000 (plus generous benefits fully covered by the company)Whitehardt, a niche advertising agency that specializes in advertising for personal injury law firms, is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator who will take ownership over the social media management for all of the SEO team's 20+ clients. If so, we want to hear from you!* You have a serious passion (or some might say "obsession") for social media* You believe that a successful marketing strategy requires a perfect harmony of strategy and creativity* You're naturally curious and you consider yourself to be an expert problem-solver* You are an empathetic communicator; you enjoy working with different personalities and can navigate complex discussions with ease* You're a self-starter with a "whatever it takes" attitude and you roll with the punches * You're an above-average copywriter, graphic designer, and content creator with a keen eye for detailYour Mission:* Create and schedule organic social media content for the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn accounts for 20+ clients* Serve as the in-house social media marketing expert and consistently improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our social media strategy* Manage the social media and review platforms for 20+ clients, including fielding and empathetically responding to customer reviews, comments, messages, and more* Take photos during commercial shoots both in-studio and on location* Execute online community engagement initiatives * Conduct research for different opportunities to build local backlinks to our clients' websites* Create interesting, eye-catching online campaign materials such as Facebook posts, landing pages, and more* Write and copyedit marketing content such as blog posts, newsletters, and web pages as needed* Regularly research and implement local SEO best practices to help improve our clients' organic Google search rankingsRequired Qualifications:* At least one year of full-time experience managing the online communities for multiple B2C businesses in an agency setting* At least one year of full-time experience copywriting and designing graphics for the social media channels of multiple B2C businesses in an agency setting* An above-average understanding of social media marketing and SEO concepts* Excellent time management and project management skills* Advanced attention-to-detail and sense of urgency in your work* Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and vendor/client-facing* 1-2 years of experience in a social media marketing role* Basic understanding of SEO and a willingness to learn* Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:* Tech-savvy; WordPress, Photoshop, and marketing automation software experience is a plus* Experience using project management tools such as Asana and Trello* Experience with WordpressAbout Whitehardt:Whitehardt is a full-service broadcast and digital media agency specializing in legal marketing and consulting for law firms.
