Job Description The Senior Media Manager, a management position with two direct report within Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), is responsible for executing the strategic vision as well as coordinating and implementing marketing and advertising efforts related to digital media and performance marketing channels including: SEM, social media (paid/organic), display advertising, online video advertising, OTT/Connected TV, streaming radio, etc. The role will execute a strategy that creates awareness and drives traffic to our 2,200+ tire and service centers across five brands: Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, Hibdon Tires Plus, Michael Tires Plus, and Wheel Works. The role exists to maximize our media program efficiency through ROI, Boss Count, and full funnel efficiency of our media tactics. The position plays a pivotal role in maintaining our standing as a world leader in the industry while continuing the tradition of our digital marketing department being an engine of growth for the organization. Responsibilities - Define holistic strategy for digital media marketing channels including SEM, social media (paid/organic), display advertising, online video advertising, OTT/Connected TV, streaming radio, etc. - Manage two direct reports, overseeing responsibilities for social media programs with daily/weekly check-ins and touch bases to ensure program and channel optimization - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including category management and brand/merchandising teams to develop strategic, multi-channel/tactic executable plans based on business objectives to maximize tire and service revenue. - Set up recurring information sharing process to keep stakeholders abreast of progress, performance and new initiatives of the digital marketing team - Stay in tune with business performance by category/segmentation and adjust marketing plans as necessary in order to drive response - Define and create visibility into program level ROI of managed media programs and develop strategic plans to optimize on an ongoing basis - Foster relationships with partner/agencies to better coordinate with business initiatives/strategies and execution - Manage total digital marketing budget including allocation of budget by program, partner, infrastructure platform, etc. and ensure monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation - Define and manage resource allocation across internal resources and agency partners to achieve business objectives - Balance focus between national and local store support to identify opportunity geographies to increase return through investment. - Foster career growth and maturity of direct report teammates through regular goal orientation, stretch planning, feedback and review cycles - Foster relationships with partner/agencies to better coordinate with business initiatives/strategies and execution - Keep current with new and emerging digital media/consumption trends and apply learning in order to keep BSRO at the forefront of marketing maturity Qualifications - 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years management or leadership experience - BA/BS degree in Marketing or other related field, Master's degree a plus - Team oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful individual with a passion for digital marketing. - Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising best practices and effectively articulates value proposition for integrated media campaigns.
