- - -In search of an office administrator for David Patton Homes, LLC - located in Goodlettsville, TN. This is a in person office job, NOT remote. Job responsibilities are administrative and clerical functions of a custom home builder. This includes tasks such as scheduling appointments and meeting, maintaining records and files, coordinating communication with clients, and providing general administrative support to staff. - - -Requires working closely with other office staff, project managers, construction managers, and other trade partners. The office administrator is responsible for maintaining all the documents related to the project, creating projected schedule, and updating them as per progression of the project, preparing project-related reports and ensuring that all the deadlines are met. - - -Must be a quick learner of the custom home building process, knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. - - -Administrator will also be responsible for handling customer change orders, creating bank draws, and resolving issues and communicating with customers, designers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet customer's requirements. - - -Some of the specific duties may include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office supply inventory, coordination of the office operations and procedures and provide information by answering questions and requests, updating project schedules and tracking project costs, handling all necessary paperwork, managing customer databases and social media posts.
