This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities: As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the following: 1. Overseeing all accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. 2. Directing and managing company financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. 3. Coordinating and directing the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and reporting variances. 4. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements. 5. Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. 6. Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. 7. Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. 8. Leading and mentoring a team of accounting professionals. 9. Collaborating with the management team to support overall company goals and objectives. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Accounting Manager position should possess the following: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus. 2.
