students in navigating financial aspects of higher education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inbound and outbound phone support to students regarding
financial aid and billing
Develop financial strategies with students to help them achieve
graduation goals
Document student interactions and participate in outbound calling
campaigns
Required Qualifications:
Successful access to the National Student Loan Data System and a
credit check
Experience in a customer service role with professional
communication skills
Some college credits completed
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Distraction-free home workspace during working hours
