Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA/CPA preferred, with solid track record of bringing value as a strategic partner.
Prefer 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a high-growth environment.
Experience advancing financial forecasting, business analysis, reporting, systems, and processes.
The leadership and interpersonal skills to develop effective interdepartmental relationships, cooperation and buy-in to strategic plans.
Tech savvy with the proven ability to learn and leverage software platforms and critically to master RFMS ERP to optimize its value toward our strategic growth.
We use QB online to support the payroll function so experience with QB Online would be helpful.


Key Functions

Hands-on approach to leading a 2-person Accounting Department to perform and manage daily operations of GL, A/P, A/R, payroll, bank recs, expense reimbursement, corporate credit card monitoring, cash flow management and month-end and year-end closes.
Develop and optimize the accounting/finance functions to support long-term growth and scalability at an exciting inflection point in our nearly 20-year history by thoroughly learning and leveraging RFMS ERP.
Enhance financial performance through improved forecasting, business analysis, reporting (i.e. budget-to-actual/variance reporting) and overall systems and processes.
Assist in the development of KPIs and incentives company-wide to link personal performance to strategic objectives.
