We are seeking a Project Manager with experience managing complex Dynamics ERP projects. The candidate will plan, lead, and manage the delivery of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations for clients throughout the country.Crowe's Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP practice helps Airports, Transit Agencies, Water & Electric Utilities and Cities and Counties improve performance and efficiency across a broad array of their operational needs. By implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, our team members bring a solution that helps our clients with issues across financial management, operational efficiency and information technology.Crowe is currently seeking a strong ERP Project Manager to help lead and manage the delivery of public sector ERP implementations. This position is for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Project Manager in a growing national ERP implementation practice. Crowe has been successful in aggressively growing this practice over the past 10 years. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation practice offers growth opportunity and a strong path to partner or managing director within the firm.Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead and manage Dynamics 365 implementation teams
    • Develop and manage detailed integrated project plan (multi-year, fixed fee projects)
    • Manage detailed activities required to deliver the project on time and on budget.
    • Monitor and track progress
    • Anticipate, identify, manage and help mitigate issues and risks.
    • Set and manage detailed expectations with functional and technical staff.
    • Lead, mentor and help grow functional and technical staff.
    • Forecast, manage and track the budget to actuals and client billings for the project.
    • Coordinate and schedule project resources
    • Manage client and client relationship
      • Work hand-in-hand with client project manager
      • Set and manage detailed expectations with the client.
      • Manage client communication throughout the implementation.
      • Develop strong relationships with clients
      • It is assumed this role will typically be responsible for managing 2 projects at a time.
      • Once the health crisis subsides, it is anticipated travel may be up to 50% annually.Qualifications
        • Previous experience configuring and implementing Dynamics AX / 365
        • Previous experience managing Dynamics AX / 365 implementations
        • Previous consulting experience
        • Previous experience with project management (managing scope, quality, costs, staffing, risk, etc.)
        • Previous experience building teams and developing staff
        • Strong attention to detail
        • Proactive, effective communication skills (both oral and written)
        • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Work, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, VisioFamiliarity with financial and operational processes would be nice to have, including:
          • General Ledger, Financial Reporting
          • Budgeting
          • Procurement
          • Accounts Payable, Cash Management
          • Project Management and Accounting
          • Accounts Receivable
          • Fixed Assets
          • Inventory, Work OrdersBS Degree is preferredPreferred Certifications:
